Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- hot water
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make chocolate pudding cake:
Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa; add milk and melted butter, vanilla and beat well. Pour batter into greased 9 x 11-inch baking pan.Mix white sugar and brown sugar and cocoa. Add hot water and stir. Pour liquid mixture over batter and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Liquid settles to bottom during baking and makes pudding. Serve from pan.
