Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine
- oil - 3 4
- lite soy sauce - 2 3
- frozen, shredded hash browns, thawed
- shredded cabbage long shreds
- thinly-sliced bell pepper strips
- onion, cut into thin strips
How to make fried cabbage:
Combine the cabbage, bell pepper, and onion. Rinse and drain. Pour the oil into a large skillet and add cabbage mixture. Stir to mix. Cover. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is wilted and peppers/onions are tender. Sprinkle soy sauce over top and mix. Taste and add Cavender's (or you can use salt & black pepper). Stir in butter. 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
