Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese to taste - 1 item
- onion sliced - 1 item
- As many potatoes as desired scrubbed, unpeeled - 1 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Chop potatoes in bite size pieces. Put potatoes in well buttered casserole. Dab with rest of butter.Sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° until tender, usually 30-45 minutes. Stir and add more Parmesan during cooking.
