Deviled crab
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- crabmeat - 1 1
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- stick oleo I use 1/2 stick - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix or bread crumbs - 1/2 pkg
- or 3 stems celery - 2 item
- mayonnaise sometimes I put French dressing instead - 2 Tbsp
How to make deviled crab:
Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in oleo, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. If mixture is a little dry, add milk or water to desired consistency and fill shells. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
