Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- garlic powder
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- tomatoes - 4 c
- sliced Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- container cottage cheese - 1 (6
- cooked lasagna noodles - 10 item
- ground chuck, browned
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground chuck and add first 8 ingredients. Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer uncovered until thick (approximately 1 hour). Stir occasionally. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.Assemble in this order: meat sauce, noodles (cooked), 1/2 cup cheese mixture, slices of Mozzarella. Repeat beginning with meat sauce. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
