Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • or 3 drops Tabasco sauce - 2 item

How to make crab cakes:

Saute first 6 ingredients until tender in the butter. Combine rest of ingredients and add to sauteed mixture. Shape into cakes. Roll in flour. Brown quickly and cook 5 minutes.
