Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- crab meat - 1 lb
- or 3 drops Tabasco sauce - 2 item
How to make crab cakes:
Saute first 6 ingredients until tender in the butter. Combine rest of ingredients and add to sauteed mixture. Shape into cakes. Roll in flour. Brown quickly and cook 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
