Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- crab meat - 1 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix first 8 ingredients together and cook until thick. Mix with crab meat and when cool, make patties. Roll in beaten egg and crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then fry until golden brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
