Shrimp fra diavolo
Ingredients/Components
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 4 oz
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- hot red pepper flakes - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- white wine - 1 c
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 lb
- garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
- shrimp, cleaned and deveined - 2 lb
How to make shrimp fra diavolo:
Saute shrimp and garlic in olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve mixture on a bed of rice and topped with chopped parsley. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
