Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt - 2 Tbsp
- white vinegar - 1 qt
- large onions, cut fine - 8 item
- large ears tender corn, cut off cob - 40 item
- large red bell peppers, cut fine - 8 item
- large green bell peppers, cut fine - 8 item
How to make corn relish:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook and stir until it boils. Cook for 20 minutes or more until tender. Put in hot jars and seal. Very good with meats and vegetables.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
