Carrot-pineapple cake
Ingredients/Components
- grated carrots - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- raisins - 1 c
- oil
- brown sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
How to make carrot-pineapple cake:
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Beat sugar, oil and eggs well, then add all dry ingredients and mix very well. Finally, add the carrot, raisin and pineapple mixture and mix. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° about 50 minutes. Check to see if it's done. Frost with cream cheese icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
