Ingredients/Components
- carrots, cooked and sliced - 5 c
- red onion, sliced thinly and separated - 1 c
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots, then mix with green pepper and red onion. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over carrots. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Drain all the sauce before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
