- sugar
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- sifted all purpose flour better with cake flour - 2 c
How to make grandmother's pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter or margarine. Gradually add sugar, while beating. Beat until light. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour and vanilla. Mix well.
