Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
How to make waffles:
Sift flour and other dry ingredients; add milk and egg yolk. Mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture. Add oil. Heat waffle iron on both sides; grease well.
