  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Beat eggs with a fork to blend. Add oil and both sugars. Continue mixing by hand until thick. Spoon in zucchini. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients, chips and nuts. Add dry mixture to liquid. Stir gently until moist. Fill 2 loaf pans 3/4 full. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
