Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips
- nuts - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- zucchini, peeled and grated or chopped - 2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Topping:1/4 c. chocolate chips1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. nuts Cream shortenings and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk. Mix in zucchini. Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Mix topping ingredients together and spread on cake while still warm. I sprinkle topping on cake and bake it on myself, which is also good.
