Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/4 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips
• nuts - 1/4 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• sour milk - 1/2 c
• zucchini, peeled and grated or chopped - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Topping:1/4 c. chocolate chips1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. nuts Cream shortenings and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk. Mix in zucchini. Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients together and spread on cake while still warm. I sprinkle topping on cake and bake it on myself, which is also good.
