Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- Add dry ingredients all at once and mix well by hand until smooth
How to make chocolate zucchini bars:
Beat eggs, oil and sugar for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients all at once and mix well by hand until smooth. Stir in vanilla, nuts and zucchini. Pour into greased 14 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
