salt - 1 tsp
chopped nuts - 1 c
flour - 2 c
butter - 1/2 c
soda - 2 tsp
cocoa - 4 Tbsp
powdered sugar - 2 c
grated zucchini - 3 c
salad oil - 3/4 c
Add dry ingredients all at once and mix well by hand until smooth

How to make chocolate zucchini bars:

Beat eggs, oil and sugar for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients all at once and mix well by hand until smooth. Stir in vanilla, nuts and zucchini. Pour into greased 14 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting after letting the bars cool.Frosting:3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla
