Rhubarb bread
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 2/3 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- rhubarb, diced
- sour milk - 1 c
- nuts, coarsely chopped - 1/2 c
How to make rhubarb bread:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Top each loaf with 1 teaspoon melted margarine or butter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Weeknight.
