  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 2/3 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • rhubarb, diced
  • sour milk - 1 c
  • nuts, coarsely chopped - 1/2 c

How to make rhubarb bread:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Top each loaf with 1 teaspoon melted margarine or butter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
