  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1/4 tsp
  • strawberry jam - 1 c

How to make strawberry bread:

In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda. Combine jam and sour cream. Add to the mixture and beat well.
