  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bars:

Blend oleo and brown sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Add baking powder, salt, flour, zucchini, oatmeal and nuts. Bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes.
