Fudge frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- chocolate - 2 sq
How to make fudge frosting:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cook over low heat and stir until dissolved. Cook until a little syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.
