Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp

How to make chocolate zucchini bars:

Cream sugar, oleo and oil in large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; mix well. Add dry ingredients; beat well. Add zucchini.

Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Cut into bars.
