Chicken or pork adobo



  • water
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • peppercorns - 8 item
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • sugar optional - 1/2 tsp
  • bay leaf, crushed - 1 item
  • lean pork or 1 lb - 1 lb

How to make chicken or pork adobo:

Cut pork or chicken into serving pieces. Combine meat with all the ingredients and simmer until meat is done and sauce is thick. Serve warm and with pickles for accompaniment.
