Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- cashew nuts - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced onions - 1/4 c
- egg noodles, cooked - 1/2 pkg
- diced green peppers - 1/4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tuna or chicken - 1 item
- can chow mein noodles save 1/2 for topping - 1 oz
- small can of cream - 1 item
How to make chicken or tuna casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Put remaining noodles on top. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Fish, Seafood, Poultry.
