Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/4 c
  • cashew nuts - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • diced onions - 1/4 c
  • egg noodles, cooked - 1/2 pkg
  • diced green peppers - 1/4 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can tuna or chicken - 1 item
  • can chow mein noodles save 1/2 for topping - 1 oz
  • small can of cream - 1 item

How to make chicken or tuna casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Put remaining noodles on top. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
