- vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- peppercorns - 1/4 Tbsp
- skinless chicken - 2 lb
- pieces bay leaves - 4 item
- pork, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces - 2 lb
- cloves garlic, fresh cut in small pieces - 2 item
How to make pork or chicken adobo:
