Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- slices bread - 9 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sweet milk - 2 c
- sharp cheese - 3/4 lb
- dash of salt and black pepper - 1 item
How to make cheese pudding:
Trim bread and dice. Put in glass dish and pour melted butter over. Add cheese and stir. Mix other ingredients together and pour over bread. Stir lightly. Beat egg whites and pat on top. Cook at 325° to 350° (ovens vary) until brown on top.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Main dish.
