Chicken or tuna casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- noodles - 1 c
- can chopped pimento - 1/4 item
- can flaked tuna or 1 c - 1 oz
How to make chicken or tuna casserole:
Cook noodles; drain. Cook onions and green pepper in hot fat until tender. Add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken soup. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Garnish with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Fish, Seafood, Poultry.
