- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- diced potatoes - 7 c
How to make cheese potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish. For cheese sauce, mix together on low speed of mixer milk, flour, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add butter and Cheddar cheese. Cook cheeRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
