- carton sour cream - 1 lb
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- shredded hash brown potatoes - 36 oz
How to make baked hash browns:
Let potatoes thaw and break apart. Mix potatoes with undiluted soup, cheese, sour cream and melted margarine. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 375°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
