Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/3 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 c
- grated mild Cheddar cheese
- medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and grated - 6 item
How to make sour cream potato casserole:
Saute onion in melted butter. Add soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir in potatoes and top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
