Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- can celery soup - 1 item
- to 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced - 3 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Cook potatoes until done. Put in baking dish and mix in all other ingredients. Top with 1 cup cornflakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
