Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • flour heaping - 2 Tbsp
  • stalks celery, cut fine - 2 item
  • diced potatoes, cooked - 6 c
  • small onion, cut fine - 1 item
  • bell pepper, cut fine - 1/2 item
  • small jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item

How to make cheese potatoes:

Brown onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter. Stir in 2 heaping tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk. Add Cheez Whiz. Pour over cooked potatoes and bake at 350° until bubbly hot.
