Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- flour heaping - 2 Tbsp
- stalks celery, cut fine - 2 item
- diced potatoes, cooked - 6 c
- small onion, cut fine - 1 item
- bell pepper, cut fine - 1/2 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Brown onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter. Stir in 2 heaping tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk. Add Cheez Whiz. Pour over cooked potatoes and bake at 350° until bubbly hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
