Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- celery, cut in 1-inch pieces - 4 c
- can water chestnuts, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make celery casserole:
Parboil celery in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain celery and add soup, pimento and water chestnuts. Mix together and put in a buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Fruit, Grains, Side dish.
