Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- toasted wheat bran - 1/2 c
- corn oil Mazola - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder - 1 item
- jumbo shrimp deveined - 4 item
- small amount cornstarch - 1 item
How to make baked stuffed shrimp:
No Butter Dipping Sauce:1/2 c. lemon juice1/2 c. orange juice small amount cornstarch Mix bran, oil, lemon juice and garlic together for stuffing. Put 1 1/2 teaspoons on each shrimp. Bake for 25 minutes at 325° or until shrimp are white.Dipping Sauce: Heat juices to boiling, then thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.
Makes 2 servings containing 170 calories each.
