Candied pecans



  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • pecan halves - 2 3
  • orange juice - 1/4 c

How to make candied pecans:

Combine all ingredients and microwave on Roast (70% power) for 6 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until crystallized (8 to 10 minutes more). Stir occasionally. Spread pecans on waxed paper, separating pecans. Let set until firm.
