- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- pecan halves - 2 3
- orange juice - 1/4 c
How to make candied pecans:
Combine all ingredients and microwave on Roast (70% power) for 6 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until crystallized (8 to 10 minutes more). Stir occasionally. Spread pecans on waxed paper, separating pecans. Let set until firm.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
