Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- tomato, diced - 1 item
- dash of curry powder - 1 item
- fillet of sole, salmon or red snapper - 1 lb
- oil safflower or corn - 2 tsp
How to make baked fish:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake fish for 15 minutes on a lightly greased baking pan. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and spread over fish. Cover the fish with water and bake for another 15 minutes or until fish is done and sauce is thick. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
