Barbecue chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- to 20 chicken wings - 15 item
How to make barbecue chicken wings:
Cut tips off chicken wings. Roll wings in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in cooking oil. Brown onions. Mix brown sugar, catsup, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt and pepper. Add browned onions. Simmer 30 minutes. Add browned wings in baking dish. Pour sauce over wings.
