- olive oil - 1 tsp
- fresh ground pepper - 1 item
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- sprigs thyme - 4 item
- each - 2 red
- thin lemon slices - 6 item
- sprigs oregano - 4 item
How to make grilled red snapper:
Prepare grill. Rinse fish in cold water. Pat dry. Sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper. Drizzle cavities with oil and stuff with lemon slices and herbs. Grill, turning once, until just opaque at backbone, about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Saltwater fish.
