- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- frying chicken pieces - 2 lb
How to make hawaiian-style chicken:
Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken pieces. Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides. Turn chicken skin side up and add water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken on platter and keep warm. ARecipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
