Ingredients/Components
- dried bread crumbs - 1 c
- chopped fresh parsley - 1/2 c
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- lemon zest - 1 tsp
- whitefish fillets - 1 lb
- lemon wedges garnish - 1 item
- parsley sprigs garnish - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Rinse fillets gently and pat dry. Rub fillets with oil; dip in bread crumbs, coating each side. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered, until done. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
