Ingredients/Components

  • dried bread crumbs - 1 c
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1/2 c
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • lemon zest - 1 tsp
  • whitefish fillets - 1 lb
  • lemon wedges garnish - 1 item
  • parsley sprigs garnish - 1 item

How to make baked fish:

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Rinse fillets gently and pat dry. Rub fillets with oil; dip in bread crumbs, coating each side. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered, until done. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
