Zucchini stuffing
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 item
- peeled and chopped zucchini - 8 c
How to make zucchini stuffing:
Saute zucchini and onion in pan until soft. Drain. Add cooked zucchini and onion to sour cream, soup and carrots. Melt butter and add to stuffing. Layer 1/2 stuffing on bottom of large baking dish, layer zucchini mixture, layer other half stuffing. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, Casseroles.
