Zucchini stuffing
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- diced zucchini - 3 c
- margarine for top - 1/4 c
How to make zucchini stuffing:
Saute diced zucchini and onion in 1/2 cup margarine until tender. Melt 1/3 cup margarine in casserole dish. Add cooked zucchini and onion, then stuffing, soup and sour cream. Drizzle 1/4 cup margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, Casseroles.
