- Ritz crackers, crushed
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable casserole:
Topping:1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed1 stick butter, melted Thaw vegetables; cut into small pieces. Combine vegetables with other ingredients. Spoon into 3-quart glass dish. Mix crackers and butter. Spoon on top of vegetables. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Carrots, Broccoli.
