Swedish pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
How to make swedish pancakes:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Beat egg yolks and add milk and butter. Beat into flour mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour 3 tablespoons butter onto hot griddle for each cake and bake until top is bubbly and edges look cooked.
