Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- California Blend frozen vegetables, thawed and drained or use fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - 1 bag
- grated Swiss cheese, divided in 1/2 - 1 c
How to make swiss vegetable casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place vegetables in small, lightly greased, casserole dish. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir into vegetables. Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Place remaining cheese on for the last 5 minutes of baking. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Carrots, Broccoli.
