- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
- Add eggs, one at a time
- box xxx sugar - 1 item
How to make italian cream cake:
Cream butter, oil and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, salt, soda and buttermilk. Mix well. Add nuts and coconut. Divide into 3 layers. Bake at 300° until done.Frosting:10 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter or margarine1 box xxx sugar Cream well the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.
