  • butter - 1 c
  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • self-rising flour - 4 c
  • milk - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • Mix in flour, milk and vanilla
  • cocoa - 6 Tbsp
  • boxes powdered sugar - 2 item

How to make chocolate layer cake:

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mix in flour, milk and vanilla. Bake at 350° for about 20 to 25 minutes.Icing:2 sticks margarine6 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk2 boxes powdered sugar Heat margarine, cocoa and milk until mixture comes to a boil. Take off stove and add powdered sugar. If mixture is too thick, add milk until desired consistency. Spread over layers.
