Ingredients/Components
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- chicken breasts - 2 item
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon, dissolved in water - 1 item
- large carrots, sliced - 2 item
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, sliced and separated - 1 item
- green pepper, cut in strips - 1/2 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 oz
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour chicken and rice:
