- milk - 4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- chopped carrots - 1 c
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- shredded cheese American - 2 c
How to make vegetable soup:
Saute vegetables in butter until a little tender. Add flour, milk and chicken broth. Stir until mixed slightly. Simmer for 10 minutes or more. Stir in cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
