Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- powdered mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic, peeled and minced - 1 item
- rack spareribs - 1 item
How to make barbecued spareribs:
In saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, brown ribs. Put in oven. Baste with sauce. Bake at 325°, covered or uncovered, until ribs are tender.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
