Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- minced onions - 2 Tbsp
- 2 lb - 8 c
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Stir together the first five ingredients and pour over the hash browns. Put the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish. Top with the Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
